List

Use one of the techniques below to select from the list. Some lists allow multiple selections.

Techniques for selecting from a list
To select... Do this...

One entry

Double-click the entry.

Consecutive entries

Click the first entry and [Shift] and then click the last entry.

Scattered entries

[Ctrl] and then click each entry.

All items in a phase

[Ctrl] and then click an item.

Tips:  

  • You can press [¬] to collapse a list or [®] to expand a list.
  • In some list windows, you can:
    • Use the Sort item list by dropdown list to change the order of entries.
    • Use [Search] to find a specific item.
    • Use the Source option to display a list of entries from either the estimate or standard database.
