Bill of Quantities report window
This report provides a breakdown of the estimate quantities and amounts by sort level. It lists all items with their takeoff quantities, units, prices, and extended amounts. You decide which sort levels, ranges, fonts, and page layout to use and whether to print the notes for sort levels and items. There are also options to round quantities, print prices and amounts, print a summary page, include subtotals, shade headings, and count items using numbers or letters.
Use the buttons in the window to print, preview, or export the report. Before printing, you can view or change the report options and printer setup. For more information, click 
on
the title bar of the window and then click a button.
Tips:
- The currency total on the bill of quantities may differ from the total amount on the spreadsheet due to combined items and rounding. To obtain the most accurate estimate, manually adjust the amount in the spreadsheet by the difference between the two totals.
- The Scaling Fit to options (Page Setup tab) are not available for this report.
- Addons are always allocated.
- To save time when previewing the report, clear the Print subtotals for each <top level sort> and Print summary page first options.
