Layout

Determines the number of rows and columns in the header, footer, or signature block. The number is limited only by the amount of space you want to leave for the body of the report and the actual size of the text and graphics you insert.

Tips:  

  • Click Spin icon to increase or decrease the number of rows or columns.
  • Increasing the number inserts rows at the bottom and columns at the right.
  • Decreasing the number deletes existing rows from the bottom and existing columns from the right.
  • When you export a report, the maximum width of the header, footer, or signature block is 200 characters.
