Prefill from layout

Available from the Spreadsheet Report Options window (Report Options tab), this option enables you to print the Spreadsheet report using one of the named layouts associated with the current spreadsheet sequence. It uses the grid lines, row fonts, and column properties from the Edit Spreadsheet Layout Details window to fill in the font and layout grids. You can change any of the settings here before printing the report.

Tips:  

  • Click Down arrow to choose from a list of existing layouts.
  • The layout settings take precedence over the settings brought in using the Prefill from Spreadsheet button on the Report Options tab.
  • Available layouts are the ones associated with the current spreadsheet sequence. Therefore, if you changed the sort order of the report from the current spreadsheet sequence, layouts associated with that sequence no longer appear.
