Previewing a report

Print Preview window

This window shows the report as it will appear on the printed page. Use the buttons at the top of the window to view one or two pages at a time; move back and forth through the report; zoom in and out; and start a print job.

Tip: When the pointer turns into a magnifying glass, click on the part of the page you want to see. Each click zooms in one size.
