Printing highlights on spreadsheet reports

To print highlights on spreadsheet reports, on the Report Options tab in the Spreadsheet Report Options window, select Print Cell Highlighting.

Note: When you select this option, highlights used on the spreadsheet override any background colors on lump sums, zero amounts, and excluded alternates.
