Duplicating an existing spreadsheet filter
You use the Edit Spreadsheet Filters window to duplicate an existing filter.

On the ribbon, click the button
to open the Edit Spreadsheet Filters window. -
On the grid in the Edit Spreadsheet Filters window, select the row containing the filter you want to copy and then click [].
Estimating inserts a new line in the grid with a default name that consists of the original name appended with "(Copy)".

Double-click in the Name field for the new filter, and then type a unique name for the new filter.

If you want to edit the new filter, in the new row, click the ellipsis icon (
) in the Filter Expression cell.Estimating displays the filter in the Edit Spreadsheet Filter Expression window, where you can edit it. When you finish editing the filter, click [OK] to return to the dit Spreadsheet Filter window.
