Addon Detail window

This display-only window lists all allocatable addons in the estimate. It shows how much each addon contributes to the total addon amount of the selected cells in the spreadsheet.

You can view addon amounts for:

One or more item cells.
One or more overline cells. When you select an overline cell, the window displays detail for each item included in the overline.

An overline is any level of the spreadsheet based on the spreadsheet sequence. For example, if the spreadsheet is in Phase/Item order, the primary overline is group phase and the secondary overline is phase.
A combination of item and overline cells. The window displays all items included in an overline even if you select the overline and only a few of the items below it.

To verify the items that make up the addon detail amounts, click [List Included Items].

To open the Addon Detail window:

Select one or more cells in a column, and then select Display Addon Detail on the shortcut menu.

Note: This command is available only when the estimate includes allocatable addons.

For more information, click the Help icon available on the ribbon on the title bar of the window, and then click a field or button.

Tips:

To select multiple cells that are not next to each other, press Ctrl while you click each cell.
To view addon overline totals, select the Display overline addon amount option in the Spreadsheet options of the Preferences tab (in the Estimating Management Console).
To print the addon descriptions and their associated amounts, click .
