Fill Down

You can rapidly copy data from one cell to cells beneath it.

1. Type the data you want to copy into a cell.
2. Select the cell and cells below it.
3. Right-click and select Fill down from the shortcut menu.

Tip: To select cells that are not next to each other in the column, press Ctrl while you use the mouse to select cells.
