Material class
Enter the unique name (up to 50 characters) that appears as a product category on the bill of materials (BOM). The name should be descriptive, yet general enough to include a variety of related material items, for example, Carpentry-Lumber, Carpentry-Plywood, Conc-Concrete Prod, Conc-Form Material.

Tips:
- It is usually a good idea to decide on a scheme for bill of material classes before you start entering material classes.
- Click [Rename] to change the name of a material class.
