This window is used to change the labor and equipment resources for a crew that is already part of an estimate. Using the list button, you can change a crew in either the standard database or the estimate with the following results:
- If you change a standard database crew, when you click [OK], the modified crew is copied to the estimate and assigned to the current item.
- If you change an estimate crew used by multiple items, a window opens with options to assign the modified crew to just the current item or to all items using that crew. Changes do not affect the standard database.
To open the window:

Tips:
- Sage Estimating (SQL) reprices items if you change its assigned crew in the estimate.
- To remove a resource, right-click its row header and choose Delete Row on the shortcut menu.
- You can use Edit Crew on the shortcut menu to copy a new estimate crew to the standard database. For more information, see Copying estimate information to the standard database.
