Quantities to job cost

Shows the kind of quantities used to generate job cost transactions for the selected category. You can generate the takeoff quantity, the order quantity, or just the amount. Initially, the information comes from the corresponding fields in the Edit Items window. Any changes you make apply only to the current estimate.

Tips:  

  • Click Down arrow to choose an option.
  • Your cost accounting needs should dictate the option you choose. To track quantities at the category level, select either Takeoff qty or Order qty. To track only the amounts for phases, select None.
