Details window

This window contains information about a selected spreadsheet row as specified for the estimate. Sage Estimating (SQL) saves your entries when you click [OK].

Note: Changes you make are saved with the estimate and do not affect the standard database.

To open the Detail window:

On the Home tab, from the Estimate Views group, click Details.

For more information, click the Help icon available on the ribbon on the title bar of the window, and then click a field or button.

* This feature is available only if you have a license to use Crews.

Tips:  

  • If you do not see all of the fields, pull down the bottom border of the Detail window.
  • The Detail window always stays on top of other Sage Estimating (SQL) windows.
  • As you move from cell to cell, the title bar of the Detail window shows what row you are on.
  • You can float the Detail window or dock it to the outside edge of the main Sage Estimating (SQL) window. For more information, see Docking and Window Positioning.
