Changing the conditions for a formula table

You can use the commands on the shortcut menu to change the conditions for a formula table. These commands are available from the grid in the Formula Table window.

Shortcut menus provide access to commands that you may need to accomplish a particular task.

To open a shortcut menu, point to something in a Sage Estimating (SQL) window, and then right-click it. The available commands vary based on where you are pointing.

To change a condition, right-click its label and choose one of the following commands. A ü appears beside your selection.

  • Use Formula – allows you to choose a formula as a condition.
  • Use Variable – allows you to choose a variable as a condition.
  • Substitute <xxx> – allows you to replace the condition. The name of this command indicates what kind of selection you can make.
  • Edit <xxx> – allows you to modify the standard database records indicated by the command name.
