You can use the commands on the shortcut menu to change the conditions for a formula table. These commands are available from the grid in the Formula Table window.
To change a condition, right-click its label and choose one of the following commands. A ü appears beside your selection.
- Use Formula – allows you to choose a formula as a condition.
- Use Variable – allows you to choose a variable as a condition.
- Substitute <xxx> – allows you to replace the condition. The name of this command indicates what kind of selection you can make.
- Edit <xxx> – allows you to modify the standard database records indicated by the command name.
