Insert Variable

Displays a list of all variables in the standard database so you can insert a variable directly into the formula text area.

Tips:

To locate an entry, type the first few characters of its description (using the correct capitalization).
You can drag a variable to the desired place in the formula or double-click to insert it at the cursor position.
To create or edit variables, right-click the list or formula text and click Edit Variables on the shortcut menu.
To resize the text box and lists, drag one of the frames between them.
