Displaying overlines

An overline is any level of the spreadsheet based on the spreadsheet sequence. For example, if the spreadsheet is in Phase/Item order, the primary overline is group phase and the secondary overline is phase.

Note: Displaying overlines can affect the performance of large estimates.

To display overlines:

  1. In Sage Estimating, click File > Options.
  2. In the My Preferences pane, select Spreadsheet.
  3. Select the Display overline totals when expanded option.
