[Attach File] button

Opens the Attach File window to link a file attachment to the item. Examples of attachments include mechanical drawings, text files providing instructions, or links to other documents.

The file attachment links are brought into an estimate when you take off the item and appear at the item level in the spreadsheet and Detail window. You have the option to print these file attachment links on the Item Detail report.
