One purpose of this report is to provide a breakdown of unit prices by WBS (work breakdown structure). For example, you could set up one WBS called BOQ Group and another called BOQ. Then when you print the report, choose BOQ Group as the top level sort and choose BOQ as the second level sort. The resulting report shows the details and unit price breakdown for each BOQ entry.
