Deleting items from the spreadsheet

  1. On the spreadsheet, click the item's row header.

    The row header is the fixed column along the far left side of the spreadsheet or Totals page.

    • Click to select the whole row.
    • In a spreadsheet window only, you can double-click to expand or collapse a row.
    • Right-click to change the font for the selected rows.

    To select additional items, hold down the Ctrl key and click on their row headers.

  2. Click the right mouse button and select Delete from the shortcut menu.
  3. When the confirmation message displays, click [OK] to delete the item.
