Deleting a location or WBS value from a list

If you want to remove a location or work breakdown structure (WBS) from the list of those available, you can do so from the spreadsheet. You also have the option of returning all items assigned to that location or WBS to an unassigned status.

To delete a location or WBS value:

1. In the Location or <WBS> column, click the location or WBS value you want to delete.
2. Right-click that location or WBS value.
3. Click Delete on the shortcut menu.

   Shortcut menus provide access to commands that you may need to accomplish a particular task.

   To open a shortcut menu, point to something in a Sage Estimating (SQL) window, and then right-click it. The available commands vary based on where you are pointing.

4. Answer Yes to remove the location or WBS value from the list.
5. If you want to delete that location or WBS value from all other items in the estimate, answer Yes.
