Format Column command

Use this command to open a window where you can change the display options for a single column in the spreadsheet or Totals window.

  • For each spreadsheet column, you can specify the width, number of decimals, font, background color, text overflow method, and color of negative numbers. You can also change the name of the column.
  • For each column in the Totals window, you can specify the width, number of decimals, font, and background color.

Format Column Properties is on the shortcut menu for column headers on the spreadsheet and Totals window.

Shortcut menus provide access to commands that you may need to accomplish a particular task.

To open a shortcut menu, point to something in a Sage Estimating (SQL) window, and then right-click it. The available commands vary based on where you are pointing.

Tip: If the column font differs from the row font, you have the option of overriding the row settings.
