Select the fields that you want to update in the standard database based on the information that exists in the current estimate. The fields you can select include Item Description, Waste Factor, Crew, Price, and Productivity/Conversion Factors, You can also:

• Apply Waste, Job Cost Phase and Job Cost Category on each of the item’s individual categories.
• Classify items as Taxable or Non-taxable.
• Add Item Categories.
• Change and add values to WBS code values. Only the Detail WBS Code value can be updated and it must exist in the standard database and in the estimate to update successfully.
• Change the Job Cost Phase and Job Cost Category.
