Selecting multiple cells on the spreadsheet

You can use the Shift key in combination with other spreadsheet shortcut keys to select multiple spreadsheet cells.

Example:  

  • To select an entire column from the current position down, select a cell and press Shift+Ctrl+¯.
  • To select an entire row from the current cursor position to the right, select a cell and press Shift+Ctrl+®.
  • To select all the items on the spreadsheet, click the topmost row header.

    The row header is the fixed column along the far left side of the spreadsheet or Totals page.

    • Click to select the whole row.
    • In a spreadsheet window only, you can double-click to expand or collapse a row.
    • Right-click to change the font for the selected rows.
