Labor Person Hrs column

Note: This feature is available only if you have a license to use Crews.

This display-only spreadsheet column shows the number of labor person hours calculated for each item.

Tips:  

  •  For items that have time-based order units, person hour totals appear at the overline levels on some estimate reports.

    An overline is any level of the spreadsheet based on the spreadsheet sequence. For example, if the spreadsheet is in Phase/Item order, the primary overline is group phase and the secondary overline is phase.

  • If the reporting method is Person hours (Estimate Information window), the Totals window shows the total labor hours for all items in the estimate.

  • If the reporting method is crew hours (Estimate Information window), the Totals window shows the result of dividing the total of all labor hours by the labor count.
