Phase

Enter the code (up to 20 characters) of the phase that includes the one-time item. Your entry must be an existing phase code. If you select an item in the spreadsheet or takeoff window before choosing the One-time Item command, the field prefills with the phase code of that item. In the spreadsheet, the item code of the one-time item appears as a dash (-).
