Filters in Category Job Cost Phase Columns (Database Editor)

When you use Inherit JC Phase, Database Editor copies the Job Cost Phase value from the phase record to the Job Cost Phase fields for all of the items categories. This lets you filter on category Job Cost Phase fields that are not set on the items.
