Renaming estimates in the estimates grid

You can rename an estimate directly from the Estimates grid.

To rename an estimate from the Estimates grid:

  1. In the Manage Estimates window or on the Estimates tab in the Estimating Management Console, select the branch that contains the estimate.

  2. In the Estimates grid, right-click the row header for the estimate, and then select the Rename command.

    Alternatively, if the Rename column is visible, click the ellipsis [Ellipsis button] button for the estimate in that column.

  3. In the Rename Estimate window that opens, in the New estimate name field, type the new name.

  4. Click [OK] to save your changes..

  5. Click [Save] to save your change.
