Select Data: Item Update Options

Use this window to select the Means items you want to update in your database. When you update data, Means Integrator looks for each item's price code. If it finds a price code in the database that matches an item number in the Means database, it updates that item's information as well as the information of any items linked to it.

Means Integrator does not update items in your database if their price codes do not match Means item numbers or surrogate keys in the Means database.

Which items do you want to update in your database?

Choose whether to select items automatically or manually.

• If you want Means Integrator to update every item in the Means database, select All items.
• If you want to choose which items in the Means database to update, select Only selected divisions and items. From the list that appears, make your selection.

This list includes all the divisions and items from the Means Integrator cost data files.

This list includes the divisions and items that you selected for integration.
