The Item Takeoff button on the toolbarItem line

This line contains an item that Estimating will pull into the estimate when you generate the model to the spreadsheet. Enter any desired default values.

Tips:  

  • To delete a line, right-click the header and choose Delete Line.
  • To copy a line, right-click the header and choose Copy Line.
  • Click [-] to collapse the line and hide the item detail from view while you work with the model; click [+] to expand the line and display the item detail.
