Modified Crew Options window

This window opens if you change an estimate crew used by multiple items in an estimate. You decide whether to apply the modified crew to just the current item or to all items using that crew.

Choose one of the following options:

• Use the modified crew for all affected items in the estimate: Applies the modified crew to all items using that crew; this includes the items currently in the spreadsheet and any affected items you take off after this point. Your changes affect the crew in this estimate only.
• Use the modified crew for this item only: Assigns the modified crew only to the current item. If you select this option, type a name and description for the new estimate crew.
