Drag and drop measurements from Dimension to Estimating
You can drag a measurement from Dimension onto an existing estimate line to fill the quantity, creating a drillable link to the takeoff on the correct sheet, enabling faster updates.
To drag and drop measurements from Dimension:
- Open the Sage Estimating estimate and the Dimension project side‑by‑side.
- Drag a measurement from the Measurement Summary (or the drawing) in Dimension to the takeoff quantity cell of the target item in the estimate.
