Select Formula Tables window

You use the Select Formula Tables window to select a formula table to edit, test, or use in an item table.

You open the window in the following ways:

  • In the Database Formula Table window or the Test Formula Table window, click the list List button button.

  • In the Adding Database Formula Table window, click [Copy] to select the formula table whose values you want to copy to a new formula table.

  • In the grid in the Database Formula Table window, right-click a Return Value cell, and then select Use Formula Table from the shortcut menu.

  • In the Database Item Table window or the Adding Database Item Table window, select Use Formula Table from the Row Selector or (in a two-dimensional table), the Column Selector.

To select a formula table:

On the formula table grid, select the row for the formula table you want to work with, and then press Enter, double-click the row, or click [Select].

Tip: To find a formula table quickly in a long list, you can type a keyword in the Search box. As you type, Estimating displays only the formula tables that match the characters in the Search box. You can also use arrows in the column headers to sort the grid in ascending or descending order by that element.
