[Notes]

Opens the Notes window to enter additional information about an item. A paper clip on the button means that something has already been entered.

The notes are brought into an estimate when you take off the item and appear at the item level in the spreadsheet and Detail window.

There is an option to print these notes on the Item Detail report and most estimate reports.
