List button (Edit Items)

Use the list button () on the Edit Items grid to select and edit an item's attributes, as follows:

• In the Phase column, the button opens the Edit Phase window, where you can select a different phase.
• In the Formula column, the button opens the Formula window (if a formula is assigned to the item), where you can select a formula from the standard database.
• In the Crew column, the button opens the Adding Database Crew window (if a crew is assigned to the item), where you can select a crew from the standard database.
• In the Price code column, the button opens the Price Code List window, where you can select, create, or modify units of measure in the standard database.
• In the Attachment column, the button opens the Attach File window, where you can browse to a file to attach to the item.
• In the BOM column, the button opens the Database Bill of Materials window, where you can assign material items to material classes.
