Attach File window

This window lets you link an item to a text file, graphic file, or HTML file to provide additional details. For example, you could create a Microsoft Word document including a drawing of the assembly as well as a description of its assumptions, a list of its items and item tables, and the properties of the variables used in calculations.

To open this window, do one of the following:

• From the Edit Items window (Data tab > Elements group > Items), click [Attach File]
• From the Detail window, click [Attach File]
• Right-click on an item in the spreadsheet and select [Attach File].

For more information, click on the title bar of the window, and then click a field or button.
