Choose an option:

• Header. Choose this option to set up the report header. The header prints across the top of the report pages. You could use this space to print the company name, report title, and project name, for example.

  The header prints on top of all the report pages unless you have selected the First page only or Cover Page only option.

• Footer. Choose this option to set up the report footer. The footer prints across the bottom of the report pages. You could use this space to print the estimator's name, current date and time, and page number, for example.

  The footer prints across the bottom of all the report pages, unless you have selected the First page only or Cover page only option.

• Signature block. Choose this option to set up the report signature block. The signature block prints across the bottom of the last report page and replaces any existing footer information on that page. In instances where the last report page spans multiple printed pages, the signature block appears on the page that lists grand total amounts.

  You could use this space to create an area for client acceptance of a proposal, for example. You could include space for the client’s printed name and signature, and any text explaining the terms of the agreement. Sage Estimating (SQL) provides a default signature block that includes print name and signature lines.
