[Preview Hdr/Ftr]

Opens the preview window to see the header, footer, and signature block as they will appear when printed. This is convenient if you want to check the appearance of the selected elements, see the actual text for the selected fields, and make adjustments before actually printing the report.

You can use the buttons at the top of the window to manipulate the display.
