Print crew and resource notes
Allows you to print the notes for crews and resources at the summary level of the report.

| ☐ | Omits notes. |
| ☑ | Prints notes, if any. |
Tips:
- Crew notes print only if you also select the Print crew summary option.
- Resource notes print only if you also select the Print resource summary option.
- The report uses the crew font for rate table names and the second heading font for the Rate Table Notes label.
