Manage Report Layouts
This window contains a list of the layouts available for the current report. From here, you can apply a selected layout to the report or click the appropriate button to rename or delete a report layout. You can also choose to save a custom report layout for your own use or share it with other Sage Estimating (SQL) operators.
Note: You need to have Manage Reports permission to share report layouts with other operators.
This window displays custom spreadsheet layouts on two tabs.

Items in this window
| Button | Notes |
|---|---|
| [Rename] |
Use this button to change the name of the selected report layout. You need to have manage reports permissions to rename a shared report layout. |
| [Delete] |
Removes the selected custom report layout from either the Shared Layouts tab or the My Layouts tab. Deleting a shared layout also deletes it from the Shared Layouts tab for other operators who are using custom report layouts in Sage Estimating (SQL). You need to have manage reports permissions to delete a shared report layout. |
| [Create Personal] (Shared Layouts tab) |
Opens the Report Name window so you can create a custom report layout based on the selected shared layout. For example, if you are using a shared layout called Totals to highlight the totals for a job, and you want to create a modified version of the Totals report layout for your own use, click [Create Personal]. You can then modify the layout as desired without affecting the Totals report layout. |
| [Create Shared Layout] (My Layouts tab) |
Opens the Report Name window so you can create a shared report layout from the selected personal layout. Your personal spreadsheet layout is not changed by this process; it remains on the My Layouts tab. |
