Add Pass button

The Add Pass button is available on the Item Takeoff and Assembly Takeoff windows. It calculates takeoff quantities and adds the result to the quantities in the takeoff grid. Quantities are calculated only for items with formulas. Two things are required to obtain the correct results:

• A formula attached to each item.
• A full set of properly named variables. This is important because a variable appears just once in the variable pane even though it may occur in several formulas.
