Cost Index window

Use this window to enter the adjustment factors Sage Estimating can use to calculate prices for items when repricing an estimate. Sage Estimating saves your entries when you click [OK].

To open: From the Databasetab, select Miscellaneous group > Cost Indexes (in classic view, select Database menu > Cost Indexes). The command is available only when a standard database is open.

Tip: Sage Estimating displays factors in decimals, not percentages. A factor of 98.1%, for example, appears as 0.981.
