Changing an existing variable

Open the Variable window in one of the following ways:
- On the ribbon, from the Calculations group on the Data tab, click Variables.
- In classic view, click Database menu > Formulas > Variables.
Click $image\list.gif$ , and then select the variable you want to change.
Make changes as needed.

To change the variable name, click [Rename] and enter the new name in the Variable field.

For more information, click $image\windhlp.gif$ on the title bar of the window, and then click a field or button.
When you finish changing the variable, click [OK] to save it.
Change other variables in the same manner. When you finish, click [Close].
