Inserting a variable in a formula

1. Position the cursor in the formula text box where you want to insert the variable.

2. Click in the Insert Variable list and type the first few letters of the variable description to jump to the variable in the list.

   Variable names are case sensitive, so if the name begins with a capital letter followed by lower-case letters, type a capital letter followed by lower-case letters.

3. Double-click the variable to select it and insert it in the formula.
