Choosing from a list

There are several techniques for selecting from a list. Multiple selections are allowed in certain situations.

To select...	Do this...
One entry	Double-click on that entry.
Consecutive entries	Click on the first entry and [Shift]+click on the last entry.
Scattered entries	[Ctrl]+click on each entry.
All items in a phase	[Ctrl]+click on an item.

Tips:

You can sort the list in a different order. How?
You can press [¬] to collapse a list or [®] to expand a list.
In some list windows, you can use the Source option to display a list of entries from either the estimate or standard database.
