Expanding and collapsing a list

There are several ways to control which levels are visible in lists with multiple levels. Depending on the list, you can use one or more of the following methods.

One level
View tab (View menu in classic view)	Expand	Collapse
Ribbon/Toolbar
Mouse	Double-click an entry (except lowest level)	Double-click an entry (except lowest level)
Keys	[®]	[¬]
All levels
Shortcut menu	Expand All	Collapse All
