Dragging items to another spreadsheet level in the same estimate

On the spreadsheet, select the items you want to move or copy. Click an item's row header to select it. To select additional items, hold down the Ctrl key and click on their row headers.

To move or copy all the items within an overline:

Collapse the overline (double-click its row header).
Select the overline (click its row header).

To move the items:

Hold the left mouse button down and drag the items to the desired spreadsheet level, and then release the mouse button.

To copy the items:

Hold the Ctrl key and left mouse button down and drag the items to the desired spreadsheet level, and then release the mouse button.

Tips:

You can drag items to a different spreadsheet level when using a user-defined spreadsheet sequence. To reassign only the top level, drop the items on a primary level. To reassign both levels, drop the items on a secondary level.
After takeoff, you cannot add items to an assembly using drag and drop. However, you can move items within an assembly, as well as move or copy items to the Unassigned level using drag and drop.
