Crew Information tab

Use this tab to designate the default pricing method and the method for reporting labor and equipment hours.

Note: This feature is available only if you have a license to use Crews.

To display this tab, click [Standard DB] at the top of the Estimating Management Console, and then click [New Standard Database] or click the new standard database button on the Standard Database Catalog toolbar Image of the New Standard Database button on the toolbar. In the New Standard Database window, select the Crew Information tab.

<Default crew pricing method>

Select the method for calculating the labor/equipment crew price for database items with these generic time-based order units: Hour, Day, Week, Month.

  • Average cost per person uses the average cost of all members of the crew to calculate labor and equipment costs.
  • Total cost of crew calculates the pricing based on the total cost of the crew.

This crew could have either of the following prices based on the selected crew pricing method.
