Viewing general standard database information
You set up and edit information for standard databases using the Standard Databases window in the Estimating Management Console.
When you create a new estimate, Sage Estimating (SQL) copies the settings from the standard database to the new estimate. You can then use the Estimate Settings window ( tab > ) to customize the information for the estimate.
You can view the existing settings for an open standard database from the Estimating application, as follows:

Open the Database Settings window:
- On the File menu, click Standard Database Settings.
- In classic view, click Database menu > Database Settings.
- When you finish, click [OK] to save your entries.
