Entering quantities for spreadsheet groups (levels)

Display the spreadsheet in a sequence that contains the desired level.
For example, to enter quantities for locations, click the Location/Phase tab at the bottom of the spreadsheet.

To collapse the spreadsheet to the appropriate level:
- On the ribbon, from the group on the Home tab, click .
- Click in the Takeoff Quantity cell of the desired level and enter a quantity. For more information, see Entering quantities for overlines.
Tip: When you enter quantities for levels, Sage Estimating (SQL) calculates the cost per unit for each level and prints it on your estimate reports.
