Detail Audit by Item report

This report provides a detailed breakdown of every item on the bill of materials (BOM) for verification purposes. It shows the phase, class, position number, sequence number, unit price, amount, and quantity for each item.

To create this report:

1. On the ribbon, select the Reports tab, and then from the Estimate Reports group, click More > Bill of Materials Reports > Detail Audit by Item.

2. Decide which sort levels, ranges, fonts, and page layout to use for the report.
3. Specify whether to print notes.
4. Specify whether to start a new page for each top level sort.

Tip: Order quantities on this report are not rounded and may differ from those on the bill of materials, which allows combined items and rounding.
